Heavy Diesel Support – Land & Marine work on multiple sites providing technical support for the industrial, civil construction, earth moving, mining, forestry and freight handling industries on land and various sizes and types of boats & vessels in the marine industries. As part of the company expansion plan the team require a ‘hands on’ Technical Team Leader to lead the team by displaying personal competence with their technical workmanship, understand the principles of coaching young staff and a positive team culture while constantly improving productivity and workmanship standards. Prior work experience and qualifications required may include any of the following: • Diesel Mechanic • Auto Electrical inc Hybrid Powered Equipment • Hydraulic Technician • Light Engineering We want someone who is not only competent on the tools and diagnosing faults but embraces technology and is experienced or teachable on the challenges of leading a small team.
