* Own transport required * Contracted position * Training Provided We're seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and hands-on individual to join our client's team as a General Hand & Merchandiser. This on-the-road contractor position covers the central and lower North Island and includes regular travel and overnight stays. Key Responsibilities: * Clean and maintain carpet cleaning machines at retail sites. * Merchandise and tidy in-store displays. * Build positive relationships with store staff and customers. * Report completed work and issues to the team. What We're Looking For: * Practical, physically fit, and takes pride in their work. * Friendly communicator, self-motivated, and organised. * Must have own transport (preferably a light commercial van), full NZ driver's licence, and a stable work history. * Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid work visa. Contract Details: * Contractor position - manage your own tax/ACC and invoice for hours, mileage and fuel. * Typically, 5 days per week, occasional 4-day weeks. * Pay: $30/hour + $180/day away allowance. * Full training provided.
