The Fat Duck Restaurant is a popular and vibrant award winning Gastropub located in Te Anau on the edge of the Fiordland National Park, with world class outdoor activities (and a lake) on the doorstep.  We are a skip hop and a jump from Queenstown and from Invercargill, the gateway to the Caitlins.  We are looking for a full time permanent Team member, (min. 30 hours, max 40 hours) that either has their GM certificate or has their LCQ and strong bar knowledge.  You will be open to growth and development into the role.  You must be able to work in a fast paced environment, know how to make your customers smile, and want to be part of a great team.
