At SBS, we truly believe that when people achieve their financial goals, their whānau and communities flourish as a result. **To help us with this, we are searching for a Service Manager to join our Direct Banking Team, based at our Head Office in Invercargill** **What you'll be busy with:** Providing proactive leadership to a team focused on driving growth and profitability through the CON2ECT/Heart to Heart Member Experience framework. You will ensure member needs are identified and understood, and that appropriate products, services, or referrals are recommended to support their financial goals. As a leader, you play a key part in matching members with the right solutions and helping fulfil our purpose of supporting Kiwis in finding a place to call home. The Service Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing their team, while actively contributing to business growth through strong relationships and business development activities. **What you'll bring:** * Demonstrated team leadership and/or coaching experience * Passionate about providing a superior level of member service * Demonstrated relationship building experience preferably within the financial services industry * Knowledge of lending, investment, transactional banking, and insurance products and processes * Excellent standard of communication and interpersonal skills * Finance industry experience This role is full time, 37.5 hours a week, worked 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. **About Us:** We're on an exhilarating growth journey, and we need exceptional individuals who are ready to embrace our ambitious goals.
