Re-milled native rimu flooring, machined by Wood Solutions Ltd (Dunedin) from recycled demolition timber and laid by Glen Summers Construction. This batch is a remainder from a villa re-flooring project, re-listed after shipping difficulties with a previous sale. The boards reflect their origin — occasional nail holes, knots, and light edge marks — but have a clean, smooth surface, are ready to lay and have a strong natural character when sealed. • No borer • No commercial sanding required Finish in photos is a result of a base coat, hand sand (230 grit), and two satin polyurethane coats. Larger holes were filled with rimu sawdust mixed with PVA glue before sealing.
