About the role: The Retail Store Manager will ensure a smooth running of all store daily operations and customer orders, all the way through to sale completion and after-sales experience. You will have natural leadership and your ability to motivate, develop and empower our retail team members to think independently and commercially will be vital to your success. All whilst ensuring your team and yourself are strategically in line with our company vision and policies, which in turn will drive the business forward on our long-term growth plans and will be key to the greater success of the business. Role Responsibilities: * Serving customers to an exceptional standard, going out of your way to ensure they are walking out the door with a smile on their face * Manage the store stock on hand - ensuring the store has sufficient inventory at all times * Seek and continuously develop your teams and your own product knowledge, and information about competitor activity, pricing, and tactics, etc * Ensure the store sales and inventory are all correctly accounted for * Manage and motivate your team – coach, train, develop and support * Merchandising within the store to ensure all products are on display and presentable * Ensure the store is well-presented, clean and tidy at all times * Plan and assist with team Undertake regular performance reviews of your team, give feedback in aid to continually improve and develop their skills Skills and experience: * Great leadership skills in support of our positive culture * Ability to work autonomously * Previous management experience is a must.
