The Service Advisor is responsible for: • Greeting and liaising directly with our customers. • Listening & qualifying customer needs to create estimates and repair orders. • Scheduling appointments for vehicle service and repairs. • Timely processing of service-related documents. • Maintaining regular contact with the customers regarding their vehicle. • Oversee the dealer warranty programmes and complete claims. • Process New Zealand Transport Agency related transactions. The Service Advisor will need to be exceptionally well organised, and ideally, with prior experience working in automotive.
