The house is brand new, cozy and fully furnished with a beautiful backyard. We currently have 2 rooms vacant! - if you are group of friends looking to get two rooms for yourself rent will be $480 including bills no grocery and you all will share a bathroom which is nearby the rooms. - One room only $250 including bills no grocery - The bathroom will eventually be shared with one more flat mate once the second room is rented out, until then you’d have it all to yourself.
