Spacious room for rent in lifestyle house. It's a beautiful house with a modern kitchen that we make a point of looking after. Rent is $188 per week, bond is $590. Bathroom is shared with 2 others. Due to this, room is unsuitable for couples. We are a relaxed household with 3 existing flatmates. We're a friendly bunch but this definitely isn't a party house; no drugs or super loud music. Close to the motorway but feels like the countryside. A queen bed is available for your use if you need it.
