The room has direct access to the lovely garden, can be furnished or unfurnished, and has a large walk-in wardrobe. • $275 per week for a single • $295 per week for a couple House Features: • Fully furnished with a bright, open-plan living area • Shared study space for WFH • Indoor/outdoor flow with garden • Laundry, storage shed, and secure shared single garage • Plenty of on-street parking • Bus stop across the road, close to train station, Khandallah Village and bush walks This is a communal style flat, where flatmates usually alternate cooking for each other and eat together.  We accommodate dietary requirements and have Netflix for movie nights if you have time. You will be living with a health professional (F, 30’s) who enjoys reading and going to the gym and a bubbly woman (30’s) who loves cooking, walking dogs, performing Kapa Haka and socialising. She has a mild learning disability but is fundamentally independent with her own work and supports. She wants to live in a positive and fun flat. We're looking for someone friendly, considerate, accepting of differences and occasionally be like an older sibling for the 33 yr old. This involves being encouraging and showing what it’s like to be a 'good flatmate' e.g. giving a nudge to take the recycling out, or to turn the lights off.  Your contribution would be acknowledged with a significant gratuity.
