Peaceful bedroom in a quiet street adjoining a park in a very safe suburb close to the hills, shops, library and bus routes. We are looking for someone to share our home. The living area is totally private and independent from the main area of the house with a private bathroom / toilet and cooking area. We are a professional married couple. Wife is a NZ, Korean. Husband is Kiwi. We are very familiar with hosting Japanese females as flatmates. They must however be able to live independently in their own space. Weekly board is $230/ week. Bond is one week in advance to secure the room which will become available on 7 December 2025. The weekly cost of $230/week includes electric power, WIFI and internet. ADDITIONAL COSTS: NIL, apart from your own domestic products such as toilet paper, laundry and other cleaning products. NOTE: Its possible to have two people or a couple living in this space.
