If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at ComplyNZ Ltd, our building consulting and regulatory business. We're seeking two proactive Allocations Administrators to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave and an expected increase in workloads in 2026. These part-time roles start at 20 hours per week, with the potential for more hours as needed. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, timely processing, and smooth workflows—keeping us compliant and efficient. While the role involves some pressure due to tight deadlines, it offers immense satisfaction from delivering flawless results. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure accurate data entry and loading of vital information into our systems, maintaining 100% accuracy from client file setup to completion. * Set up client jobs, allocate tasks to team members, complete jobs, and support efficient workflows to meet accreditation timeframes. * Respond to all daily emails and phone enquiries in a timely manner (same-day where possible) with a positive, professional attitude while liaising with customers and regulatory authorities as needed. What We're Looking For: * Acute attention to detail and methodical approach—your CV and Cover Letter should reflect this impeccably. * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to self-manage, working independently or unsupervised at times. * High level of resilience to handle a busy, fast-moving role with tight deadlines. * Strong administrative and customer service experience, with at least 3 years in an office or administration environment. * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets with intermediate level in Excel). * We use Salesforce and training will be provided. * Quick learner with a natural talent working with office systems and processes. * Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, a willingness to learn, and adaptability to take direction. * Amazing telephone manner.
