Permanent role for the right candidate * Accomodation available * Permanent role for the right candidate * Immediate start Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow * Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and inspections * Monitor build quality and adherence to NZ building codes * Maintain a clean, safe and compliant worksite * Update project managers on progress, issues and timelines * Manage variations and support accurate documentation * Solve on-site problems quickly and effectively * Ensure homes are delivered on time and to spec Skills & Experience * Experience supervising residential builds in NZ * Strong knowledge of NZ building codes and residential construction * Ability to read plans and manage multiple trades * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Solid health & safety understanding * Full NZ driver licence * Trades qualification (NZ or overseas) What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Supportive, professional team environment * Accommodation available * Permanent role for the right candidate Hit APPLY or send a current CV to queenstown@alhltd.co.nz TODAY!
