Supportive team environment Assistant to CCTV Operator – West Auckland - $25–$26 per hour - Work locally in West Auckland - Full training provided – learn new skills on the job We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our busy drainage team as an Assistant to the CCTV Operator. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn valuable skills in navigation, mapping, and documentation, while providing general support on-site. What you’ll be doing: - Navigation & Mapping – helping to navigate drainage networks and map camera locations, and any defects found - Documentation – recording observations, taking notes, and using software to log findings and reports - General Support – assisting with equipment setup/pack down, maintaining safety on-site, and other tasks as needed What we’re looking for: - A willingness to learn and take responsibility in a busy, physical role - Good communication and teamwork skills – you’ll be working closely with the CCTV Operator and wider team - Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces - A basic understanding of drainage systems is a bonus, but not essential Must-haves: - Clean Ministry of Justice check - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen - Reliable transport - Photo ID and legal right to work in NZ Why you’ll love it: - Steady local work in West Auckland - Opportunity to learn new skills and grow your career in the industry - Supportive team environment Interested?
