We are currently looking for a Sales Associate to assist with the demand. You will have the following: * A current Real Estate License * Some real estate experience (this is not for new to industry applicants) * Full driver's license and own vehicle required * Excellent customer service, communication skills and time management * Can take instructions and fulfil them accurately and in a timely manner * PC competency, experience with VaultRE an advantage * Team Player! This is a part time salaried + quarterly bonus role. It requires a minimum of 31 hours per week as below. * Monday 8.30am to 2.30pm (5.5) * Tuesday 8.30am to 2.30pm (5.5) * Wednesday OFF * Thursday 8.30am to 2.30pm (5.5) * Friday 8.30am to 4pm (7.0) or earlier finish dependent on post auction day needs. * Saturday OFF * Sunday 10am to 5.30pm (7.5) (approx) Other things to note: * Sunday is a non-negotiable workday and the start time is as per first allocated open home and until 5.30pm. * Sales team share in managing the sales 0800 phone number * Extra hours are required to meet the needs of buyer visits in the evenings or weekends * Rotational share of buyer enquiry on public holidays and Christmas * We offer standard employee leave entitlements, and have a close-down of approximately 3 weeks each December/January holiday period * You will be supplied a laptop, mobile phone, drill/mallet for the duration of your role. Craig & Team Pashby will be a team of 6 when you join them. We are looking for a Part Time Sales Associate to support the buyer management process. You will work closely with Craig and one other sales associate plus others in the admin team. They are a hard working and fun team, but they're busy and always aim for the best service in real estate on the Kapiti Coast.
