We are looking for part-time and casual Support Workers to help the people we support in Kapiti Residential Services. What does a Support Worker do? - He aha te mahi a te Kaimahi Tautoko? This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and helping them do the things they want to do, such as swimming, personal care, meal support, household management tasks, and learning life skills. The list is endless! Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support, with the potential for additional sleepover payments in some rosters.
