Each has its own COO and executive team, but your focus will be on content creation, video marketing, and growing our online presence. This is an intermediate role (2–4 years experience). You’ll be a key individual contributor—not managing people or entire strategy, but owning well-defined content projects end-to-end. What You’ll Do - Lead creative projects end-to-end — from idea to published content. - Generate content ideas proactively through trend-spotting, brainstorming, and campaign ideation. - Edit videos for weekly vlogs, ads, and social media content. - Manage and grow the YouTube channel — uploads, optimisation, scheduling. - Design engaging thumbnails and visuals to boost click-throughs. - Create short-form content (shorts, reels, posts) with a focus on storytelling and engagement.
