With busy operations, we are looking to add a Production Team Leader to our afternoon shift team, working from Monday - Friday. Hours of work will be 12:00am to 9:30pm Responsibilities: You will oversee the daily operations of the production line, providing hands-on leadership and support to both day and night shift Production Operators. This supervisory role includes training, mentoring, and guiding team members to ensure smooth and efficient production. As the company continues to grow and innovate, you’ll also be involved in maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, requiring a proactive and resilient approach.
