As one of New Zealand's most trusted home improvement brands, we're looking for a creative and customer-focused Kitchen Designer to join our team and bring dream kitchens to life.What You'll Be Doing: As a Kitchen Designer, you'll be the go-to expert for customers looking to transform their kitchen spaces. Your day-to-day will include: * Collaborating with customers to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget. * Creating functional and visually appealing kitchen designs using 3D design software. * Providing expert advice on cabinetry, benchtops, appliances, and finishes. * Preparing accurate quotes and ensuring timely follow-up with customers. * Coordinating with installers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of kitchen trends, products, and compliance standards. * Supporting the wider team with showroom presentation and customer service. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience in kitchen design or interior design. * Proficiency in kitchen design software – experience with Winner Design is a strong advantage. * Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * A customer-first mindset with a passion for design and problem-solving.
