We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join the PRO team and take charge of the operational and financial success of our thriving branch in wellington no day is ever the same, Your Key Responsibilities will include: This varied role involves leading and managing the Wellington Branch operations, customer services and business development. ● Day to day operations: scheduling, equipment management and compliance ● Customer support: taking enquiries, generating quotes, sending invoices, ● Relationships: with the team, customers and stakeholders ● Business development: seeking out new opportunities to grow the branch ● Leading the team ● Managing budgets and incoming/outgoing finances About You Whether you have come from a similar role or are ready to step up in your career - if you can prove you are the person we need, we will provide the training! You will be self motivated, results driven and love keeping busy. You will be comfortable working autonomously as your team is usually on the road. You will be energetic and love getting out and about to check on the team on site, and regularly visiting existing and prospective clients. What you will bring to this role: ● Experience leading teams in some capacity is desirable ● Knowledge around service delivery, operations and scheduling will be highly regarded ● An understanding of managing business finance ● Tech Savvy ● A skillful and confident communicator with all kinds of people ● Effective organization and time management strategies ● Comfortable monitoring & reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Experience in a similar industry will be an advantage, but we are open to candidates with strong transferable skills Why work with the PRO team?
