Financial Accountant

* 8-month, fixed-term opportunity (covering for parental leave) * Based in our Accessible Properties offices in Wellington CBD. * Starting salary from $110,000 Mo te tunga | About the role We're looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our Corporate Services team on an 8-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave. Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager, this hands-on role supports effective business management through the delivery of high-quality financial information. You'll be responsible for managing financial systems and processes, overseeing treasury operations and cashflow, and preparing internal and external reporting. The role also includes maintaining internal controls, mentoring direct reports, contributing to key projects, partnering closely with business teams to support property transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, legislation, and health and safety practices.
