Picnic is located in the heart of the Wellington Botanic Garden, and can seat up to 120 people outside and approximately 60 people inside. This is an extremely busy café environment so any candidate must have energy to burn! The candidate must have: • At least 3 years’ experience • Strong experience in all areas of front of house – especially barista skills and able to manage a very busy food pass • A positive and friendly manner, have good communication skills, excellent customer service, can use initiative, be honest and reliable and able to work as part of a team. Picnic Café is a 7 days per week operation (daytime trading only). Must be available to work weekends and public holidays (we only close on Christmas Day).
