Join a growing, well-run business where you’ll have autonomy to make an impact. You’ll lead by example, working alongside the team to produce around 30 benchtops a week. You’ll run the floor across cutting, polishing, profiling and quality control — solving problems as they arise, keeping jobs on track, and ensuring everything that leaves the factory meets the mark. All while ensuring a happy and positive culture is maintained. To thrive in this role you’ll bring: Deep experience in stone benchtop fabrication (ideally also understanding templating and installation) Calm, quick-thinking problem-solving under pressure A strong, positive leadership style that sets expectations and motivates the team A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset High attention to detail and commitment to quality Confidence leading workflows and improving processes Computer basics for email and Excel Lucino designs, manufactures, and installs all types of natural and engineered stone for the joinery and building industry.
