About the Opportunity: We’re seeking a passionate, hands-on Manager or organisation to bring the Village Green to life. It is based in Addington and is a large hostel site with multiple other flats and apartments to house up to 88 men at once for approximately 3 months. It is a unique 24 hour staffed wrap around housing service that provides counselling, groupwork, Social Workers, Nurses and lots of Support workers. **About the Role:** This new role has been added to focus upon the day to day property and functional needs of the Addington Hostel. This is a busy commercial sized site with 88 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, commercial kitchens and laundry areas and about 1 hectare of grounds. You will be in a "hands on" role undertaking tasks and overseeing others to ensure the property is fit for purpose and ready to provide care for those walking in the front door **What will your responsibilities be:** - To oversee the day to day property response for the 2 large sites we operate from (Poulson St and Bealey Av) . - To coordinate the making ready of the bedrooms and living areas for the next occupant.
