Working closely with our GM of Procurement, you will manage the full commercial lifecycle for key categories including Technology, Sales & Marketing, HR, and Finance. Your role will focus on delivering measurable cost efficiencies, ensuring supplier performance and quality, and embedding procurement best practices aligned to our strategic goals. Other key responsibilities include: - Developing and execute procurement category plans that align with business strategy - Leading complex sourcing initiatives and end-to-end tender processes - Lead a small team of Procurement partners to support across the Support functions - Providing strategic guidance and be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the support functions - Monitoring and reporting on procurement performance metrics, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness - Developing and producing reports to best analyse the cost and trends across Procurement Categories that support the business area & the wider team We are considering applicants for this role to be based at our Christchurch or Melbourne offices. **What's in it for you?** If you are the sort of person who loves working with a team of people who work to a clear purpose, you'll love this role!
