A skilled operator makes all the difference in our ‘Done Right’ approach to delivering every project. As one of our Multi Skilled Operators, you’ll spend your days operating a wide range of machinery - including graders, scrapers, and excavators - across earthmoving and civil construction projects like subdivisions, dairy conversions, drainage, roading, and bulk earthworks. No two days will be the same, and you’ll be trusted to take charge of your work area and get the job done right. SKILLS YOU WILL NEED - Proven experience operating graders, scrapers, and excavators - Class 4 licence (Class 5 a bonus) - Ability to work safely and unsupervised - A team-focused attitude with strong communication skills - Pride in completing work to a high standard - Commitment to health and safety - Support with relocation costs WHATS IN IT FOR YOU You’ll be part of a supportive team who enjoy what they do and back each other up.
