Right now, we're looking for a Concrete Dispatcher to join our busy Christchurch team in a full time capacity. About the RoleAs the Concrete Dispatcher, you'll work closely with the Plant Manager to ensure the accurate, high-quality, and timely production of ReadyMix concrete. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role that requires both precision and adaptability. Your responsibilities will include: * Taking and tracking customer orders * Scheduling and dispatching concrete deliveries * Supporting batching operations to ensure quality standards are met * Monitoring raw material levels * Maintaining compliance with environmental regulations * Supporting quality control processes and procedures This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and directly impacts customer satisfaction and production efficiency. What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience in dispatching and a mindset geared toward safety, service, and operational excellence.
