Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team at the boarding kennels. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and care of all dogs in our facility. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience working with dogs, such as kennel work, holding an Animal Certificate, or experience in veterinary nursing • Possession of a clean, full driver’s license and access to reliable personal transport • A strong commitment to ongoing employment Role Requirements • Comfort and confidence when handling dogs of all breeds and sizes • Physical fitness and the strength needed to manage both small and large dogs • Ability to follow all facility rules and instructions provided by management and supervisors • Practicality and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude • Meticulousness in cleaning duties • Reliability, honesty, and strong time management skills Working Hours You will need to be available to work from 7am to 6pm, four days a week. While you will be given regular shifts and set days, flexibility is essential. Occasionally, there may be requests to work additional days beyond your usual schedule. Please note that school holidays and Christmas are our busiest times, so availability during these periods is required.
