About you | Moe koe To excel in this role, you’ll be an experienced Depot or Transport Manager or come from a comparable large leadership role, but more so you will be an inspirational and engaging leader, with an earnest passion for people and culture. You will have the natural ability to build a high performing team culture and provide innovative solutions in a busy, complex and fast-paced environment. You will ideally have experience within transport, logistics and/or manufacturing and a passion for people and safety. You will be composed under pressure, with invaluable people skills, be adaptable, innovative and have a proven record of success in both quality and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in delivering operational excellence and leading cultural transformation.
