We are looking for a Contract Building Inspector with demonstrated experience working for Building Consenting Authorities anywhere in NZ. The preferred start date is on or before 1 August 2025. This role would suit applicants with a background working for local councils or in the Inspecting role who are seeking a new opportunity. You will need to have a current inspection competency assessment by an approved assessor to at least Residential 3, preferably also with Commercial, and be Regulation 18 qualified.
