We are looking for an experienced team leader to oversee our Power garden departments which include garden care, garden hardware, irrigation, garden power tools & more. You will be knowledgeable in all things garden related. Working alongside a motivated and fun-loving team.  This is a full time position Sunday - Thursday. 40 hours per week. This is a fast moving department where heavy lifting is involved. We are looking for a sales super star, someone who is passionate in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers, someone who can also demonstrate the following:   * Team player * Physically fit as some heavy lifting may be required * Previous leadership experience role in a similar * Exceptional sales & customer service skills * Displays urgency in order to get the job done * Can motivate & develop team members * Great communication skills  * Computer literate * Can multi task & problem solve * Quick & alert mind with the ability to adapt & be flexible  * Ability to remain calm under pressure * Retail & leadership experience necessary  Mitre 10 Mega is a safety conscious employer, team member drug testing is mandatory for all new team members
