Giving our clients and team confidence in all areas. The main duties of the role include *Seeing a project from start to finish, this can be 3-4 projects at one time in various stages *Managing sub-contractors and team members through this to achieve timeline. *Driving and setting goals for apprentices and yourself. *Reporting/ collaborating with project manager on progress/performance of jobs. *self-managing your time, every day is different here and expect a high level of self-drive/targeting An ideal candidate for us would have the following * ready to take the next step and can convince us of this * qualified carpenter - ideally recently * great people skills * the desire to succeed and striving towards it, * Prior experience using builder trend software would be advantage but not essential * Technology competent is a necessity as we rely on it Non-negotiable requirements * A full driver’s license * Good references in both character and work ethic * Perfect track record of honesty and integrity If all of this sounds like a great fit for you please get in contact today!
