What We're Looking For: A person that's willing to learn, capable at admin and organisation - this is a role where you will be meeting, greeting and interviewing candidates. Completing payroll, and compliance. Getting people ready to start work and assisting in placements. * You must have an outgoing personality and love people interaction. * Adept at organization and compliance. * A flexible and adaptable solution-focused mindset * A passion for cultivating meaningful relationships with candidates and clients. * Alignment with our values and a seamless fit into our vibrant culture. * A valid driver's license. * Accountability, a can-do attitude and a proactive approach. * A passion for people and great customer service. * Agency recruitment experience would be an advantage. * A HUGE sense of urgency and adept at working at pace. Your Impact: In this role, you'll be working as a team, registering candidates and getting them ready for work, completing payroll, ensuring you do all compliance (reference checks, drug and other pre-employment checks, issuing PPE etc. while enjoying the support and resources Remarkable People has to offer. We're seeking someone with a genuine passion for people and exceptional customer service skills. Experience with agency recruitment would be an advantage but not essential. Attention to detail is crucial, and you'll need to quickly adapt to systems and processes.
