**About the Role** We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Jane Winstone Retirement Village in Whanganui as a Laundry Assistant. As a Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant, you'll be a key part of creating a clean, uplifting, and homelike environment for residents, their whānau, and fellow team members. Your day-to-day activities will include: - Ensuring high-quality cleaning across resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, laundry, and kitchen facilities - Laundering, folding and returning residents’ clothing and linens with care and attention - Labelling, mending and maintaining residents' personal laundry items - Supporting infection control measures and health and safety procedures - Building friendly, respectful relationships with residents and understanding their unique needs This is a casual role, working on as and when basis.
