This is a key leadership role, responsible for team performance, workforce planning, and day-to-day operational delivery. About the Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team of security professionals, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You'll oversee rostering, training, incident response, and quality assurance while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
