**Management System Administrator - 6 Month Contract**
**Auckland | $32.00 per hour | Monday - Friday**
Our client is a leading organisation in the **construction materials and building products industry**, supporting major infrastructure and construction projects across New Zealand. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence, they operate within a structured and compliance-driven environment. Due to ongoing project and system requirements, they are seeking a **Management System Administrator** to join their team on a 6-month contract.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the relevant Systems/Quality Manager, you will provide administrative and technical support across the organisation's management systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Collecting, validating, and entering data into systems and registers
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
* Supporting system compliance across quality, safety, and environmental frameworks
* Assisting with reporting, dashboards, and data tracking
* Supporting audits, system reviews, and improvement initiatives
* Working with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
* Assisting with system updates, testing, and process improvements
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking someone who is:
* Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy skills
* Confident using **Excel, Word, and SharePoint**
* Comfortable working with systems, registers, and databases
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
* A strong communicator who can work across different teams
* Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
Previous experience in **administration, systems support, quality, or compliance environments** within the **contruction industry** will be highly regarded.
