Summary: Fasttrack Compliance is seeking a motivated and hands-on Workshop Foreman to lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure high standards of workmanship in their Penrose workshop. Ensure consistent standards of quality, safety, and efficiency Fasttrack Compliance specializes in imported vehicle entry compliance, ensuring vehicles meet NZTA standards before entering the New Zealand market. We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Workshop Foreman to join our busy Penrose workshop. This is a key leadership role, working closely with our customers, mechanics, branch managers and our experienced compliance team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. The Workshop Foreman will be responsible for maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and productivity while leading the workshop team. Key Responsibilities *Lead, support, and motivate a team of technicians *Allocate jobs and manage daily workflow to meet deadlines *Order parts and liaise with multiple suppliers *Provide technical guidance and hands-on support *Ensure consistent standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across the workshop About You *1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or foreman role within an automotive environment *Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers *Excellent time management and organizational skills *High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship *A proactive, practical leader who leads by example
