Summary: Seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Project Manager to oversee projects through to completion, ensuring successful delivery and high standards of quality and safety. Highlights: 1. Oversee residential and commercial projects from excavation to pour 2. Lead foremen and site teams, ensuring quality and safety standards 3. Work alongside directors and operation managers for successful project delivery We are looking for an experienced and capable Residential & Commercial Project Manager who can come in and hit the ground running. You will be a key team member on our residential and commercial projects in Queenstown and Central Otago and will oversee our projects through to completion. You will work alongside the director, operation managers, and onsite teams to ensure the successful delivery of all projects throughout Central Otago. The selected project manager has the unique opportunity to work with our director and help oversee the successful operations of the company. Attractive salary ranging from $110k to $170k + Phone +Brand new Ute. ongoing support and career development. What you will be doing *Managing multiple foundation jobs from excavation to pour *Programming crews, pump bookings and concrete supply *Coordinating inspections and council requirements *Leading foremen and site teams *Reading and reviewing plans and structural details *Ensuring high standards of quality and safety *Being on the tools and working with our site teams Skills you will need . A trade or tertiary qualification in construction management . Carpentry skills . Coordinate with site teams and operation managers . Strong communication and team coordination skills . Supportive and high-performing team environment . Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in remote locations . Ongoing contract work with opportunities for career growth . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
