Keep the work rolling and the water flowing.
You'll be joining a skilled drainage crew tackling everything from site prep and trenching through to backfilling and reinstatement. This role suits someone who is confident behind the wheel, who has a strong work ethic and who is always keen to lend a hand when needed. This is a role that's looking pretty solid for the summer season; however, to the right person, there is huge potential for ongoing and full-time work!
What you'll be doing:
* Operating excavators, loaders, and other machinery on drainage and earthworks projects
* Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, and general site work
* Supporting drainage work across both civil and rural environments
* Keeping sites tidy, productive, and safe
* Following all health and safety requirements
What we're looking for:
* Experience operating machinery (drainage or civil background preferred)
* Current Class 4 or 5 licence - Class 2 considered for the right person
* WTR endorsement
* Reliable, practical, and physically fit
* Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
* Team player with good communication and initiative
Pay rate to be discussed at the interview stage. If you know your way around heavy machinery and want a solid role that could lead to ongoing work in a business that values attitude as much as experience, we'd like to hear from you.
