* Manage a small, friendly team * Full use of company vehicle * Companywide progression within the HWR and Allied Concrete group About the Role You will report to the Regional General Manager, based in Invercargill, and will be responsible for the management and leadership of our small team at our concrete plant in Invercargill. In addition, you will manage the plant's health, safety and environment, financial and operational performance, quality, and asset management and utilisation. About You Preferably you will have experience in the concrete industry or in a related industry that is production or process based. You will have a customer centric approach with excellent relationship building skills, and an understanding of basic P&Ls, along with being detail focused. Ideally, you will also have: * Strong leadership and people management skills and experience; * Good business and commercial acumen; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and * Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability.
