What You'll Do: * Support operations by assisting with a range of tasks, working alongside heavy machinery like excavators, loaders, and rollers to bring projects to life. * Play a pivotal role in site preparation, excavation, trenching, and other essential civil tasks. * Ensure safe and efficient support for machinery operations while maintaining top standards. * Collaborate seamlessly with a supportive team, communicating clearly with supervisors and crew. * Embrace flexibility with occasional stay-away work or night shifts to meet project needs. What You Bring: * A valid Class 2 Driver's License with WTR (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers) endorsement is a plus. * Proven experience in civil construction or labouring roles with skill and dedication. * Site Safe or Construct Safe is highly desirable * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused attitude. * Reliability, a strong work ethic, and adaptability to varied schedules. * Bonus Points: Experience in civil construction projects and/or First Aid certification.
