We’re ramping up for a busy upcoming season and are looking for experienced machinery operators to join our chip seal and asphalt crews on a range of civil projects throughout Canterbury and the rest of the South Island. About the Role: You’ll be part of a hardworking crew delivering surfacing and maintenance works on roads, subdivisions, and pavements. - Operating rollers, loaders, bobcats, and chip spreaders - Assisting with site prep, compaction, and surfacing tasks - Working across varied civil sites including roading and subdivision projects What We’re Looking For: - Experience operating plant and equipment in chip seal or asphalt work - WTR endorsements preferred but not essential - Skilled in using compactors, rollers, or chip spreaders - Physically fit, safety-conscious, and reliable - Strong team player with the ability to follow direction on the job What’s on Offer: - Consistent, full-time hours throughout the season - Supportive crews and experienced supervisors - Competitive hourly rates based on experience and role - Opportunities for development and long-term career growth Be part of a team delivering quality work this season.
