We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Engineering All Rounder to take ownership of our workshop operations. About the Role As the sole charge Engineer in the workshop, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of repair, maintenance, and fabrication tasks. Two days are the same, and you’ll work closely with a supportive, industry leading team committed to delivering top quality service. Daily Responsibilities - General repair and maintenance work - Diagnosing faults, troubleshooting, and carrying out repairs/replacements - Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of components - Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards and operating procedures - Completing one-off custom builds to client requirements What’s on Offer - Full-time hours: Monday to Friday + occasional Saturdays - 40–45 hours per week - Work with a talented and experienced team - Get involved in exciting new projects across the region - Stay physically active in a practical, hands on role What You’ll Bring - Trade qualification in Engineering (Fabrication, Maintenance, or Mechanical) - Welding experience in mild steel and alloy - 3+ years' experience on the tools - Ability to work independently - Confident in using fabrication tools and workshop equipment - Strong work ethic and reliable references Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
