Role Overview:
As a Senior Contaminated Land Consultant, you will:
* Lead and deliver contaminated land investigations including PSIs, DSIs, RAPs, and SVRs
* Provide remediation advice, risk assessments, and regulatory guidance
* Liaise with local authorities and clients throughout the resource consent process
* Support project delivery in erosion and sediment control, as required
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
* Manage multiple projects with autonomy and precision
What You'll Bring
* Recognised industry accreditation (e.g CEnvP)
* Strong knowledge of NESCS, RMA, and MfE contaminated land guidelines
* Extensive experience in contaminated land investigations and reporting
* Project management experience and a proactive, client-focused mindset
* Leadership skills and a genuine interest in mentoring others
* Practicality, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
Desirable, but not essential
* Experience in erosion and sediment control (ESC)
* Familiarity with large infrastructure or land development projects
