Work with a skilled, supportive team The Role SRG Global is looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our Tower Maintenance team in Wellington. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to start your career as a Tower Structure Maintainer or Industrial Blaster Painter, working on transmission towers across New Zealand. You’ll be part of a hands-on, skilled team maintaining, painting, and repairing towers while travelling around the country. If you enjoy physical, practical work and are keen to learn, this could be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do * Perform maintenance on transmission tower structures and hardware * Replace steel or other tower components as required * Prepare surfaces using hand and power tools or abrasive blasting * Apply coatings to industry standards, including vinyl and epoxy systems * Conduct visual inspections and use test equipment to check coating quality * Prepare single and two-pot paint systems * Work safely at heights around extra-high voltage What We’re Looking For * Experience in physical, hands-on work (e.g., labouring, trades) * Previous experience working at heights is preferred * Team player with strong communication skills * Willingness and ability to travel nationwide We Offer What SRG Global Offers * Competitive wages * Stable, full-time work (minimum 40 hours guaranteed) * Monday to Friday roster (some Saturdays depending on rotation) * Immediate start available * Career progression and on-the-job training * Work with a skilled, supportive team * Safe working environment SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
