In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of heating systems in schools, residential and commercial properties. You will work independently and as part of a wider service team to ensure our customers receive exceptional, safe, and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair heating systems, boilers, and associated equipment * Conduct diagnostic checks, fault-finding, and system testing * Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance * Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and industry standards * Provide clear communication and good customer service * Complete job sheets, documentation, and reports accurately * Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and customers About You You will be someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
