We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy and supportive team on a 3-6 month contract, with potential to go permanent. About the Role This is a key role within the customer service and operations team, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience. You'll work closely with internal teams including sales, logistics, and operations, playing a critical role in keeping communication flowing and customers supported. What You'll Be Doing * Handling inbound calls and emails from customers * Processing orders accurately and efficiently in the CRM system * Providing updates on deliveries and resolving customer queries * Supporting key customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships * Liaising with drivers, operations, and sales teams * Managing shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses * Assisting with reporting, data entry, and general admin tasks About You You're a customer-focused, organised, and adaptable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
