Life Plus is looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our Auckland team, supporting youth with intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, and trauma backgrounds — often through short shifts involving transport to school, therapy, or supervised visits.

In this role, you will:
* Transport and support youth to and from school, therapy, or supervised visits safely and reliably.
* Foster a safe, nurturing environment for healing, growth, and development.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
To be considered, you'll need:
* A full New Zealand driver's licence and your own reliable car that is registered, and has insurance.
* Experience supporting youth with intellectual, mental health, or trauma-related challenges.
* A Level 4 Health & Wellbeing Certificate (or equivalent).
* A commitment to short, flexible shifts (around 20 hours + per week).
* Empathy, patience, and great communication skills.
