We truly believe that when people achieve their financial goals, their whānau and communities flourish as a result. **To help us with this, we are searching for a Data & Insights Business Partner to join our Invercargill-based team This role is fixed term for up to 18 months** **What you'll be busy with:** * acting as a liaison between SBS business units and the Data & Insights team to ensure data solutions meet business needs * translating business requirements into data-driven strategies and making sure they align with and support the Banks long-term goals * be a driver of data governance including promoting data literacy, standards and regulatory requirements * champion change by supporting the delivery of data projects, and reviewing and improving business processes * assess change implementation impacts across the Bank **What you'll bring:** * proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering work programmes or previous experience working in a Business Intelligence, Data and/or Analytics team * tertiary level qualification in Business Informatics (or similar), with specialities in Business Analytics, Data Science or similar * an understanding of data warehousing concepts **It's beneficial if you have:** * expertise of agile development methodologies * expertise with AWS S3, Lamdba, Snowflake, DBT, FiveTran and Power BI * expertise with Confluence, JIRA and SharePoint This role is fixed term for up to 18 months.
