You’ll work independently or as part of a team under a Roofing Foreman, installing and maintaining various roofing systems including long-run metal, membrane (Butynol, TPO, Torch On), and more. What You’ll Be Doing: - Install roofing, flashing, spouting, and downpipes with precision and care. - Execute re-roofing jobs and roofing for new builds. - Maintain accurate records using simPRO Connect. - Communicate effectively with customers and represent the brand. - Operate safely, especially when working at heights or using EWP. What We’re Looking For: - Ideally 3–4 years of roofing experience (Certified Roofer preferred) - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship - Health & Safety conscious – zero tolerance for shortcuts - A team player who lives our values of Dependable, Proud, Family, Growth, and Energy - Ability to read plans and work to tight deadlines
